Paragon Apartments Features A Neolith Facade

Neolith Basalt Beige,
exclusively available at CDK Stone.

Located in Christchurch, New Zealand, this new apartment complex features Neolith Basalt Beige as the building’s facade. Inspired by basalt rock, Neolith Basalt Beige is characterised by soft neutral beige tones, which is ideal for combining with both light and dark elements. Designed by Sheppard & Rout Architects, the Paragon Apartments tower is first high rise apartment tower built in Christchurch after the 2011 earthquake and it is the first base isolated, low damage design apartment high-rise constructed in New Zealand. Neolith was chosen due to its advanced characteristics, its fire resistance rating and its resistance to UV-exposure. Neolith is certified against the most stringent European and Australian testing for combustibility and flame/smoke resistance. Neolith and CDK Stone have worked with a range of leading cladding systems so Neolith can be used on most demanding applications.
