CNC 5-axis sawing machine

The new Extra 480 CNC bridge saw supersedes the Extra 400, it offers cad cuts, contouring, profiles and shapes, drilling, coring, bas-reliefs and lettering, and offline programming. 

It features the option of a lateral spindle separate from the blade’s main spindle motor. Operators can use a blade to do the majority of a cut, then rout out the corners and tap holes, allowing more complete jobs to come off the machine.

  • New Ergonomic Panel 21” multi touch LED colour display with integrated machine controls, programming control unit, USB port, LAN connection and remote service system.

  •  370° rotating head, 90° tilting head.

  • Hydraulic tilting table driven by hydraulic cylinder with dedicated hydraulic power unit, structure in hot-dip galvanized steel with PVC cover.
