Fork Type Flipper

The fork-type flipper has been designed for the automatic rotation of cut-to-size workpieces or slabs. This technology reduces the time lost to manual handling, thereby boosting production efficiency. Typically, the flipper is paired with either manual or automatic conveyor rollers for the input and output of workpieces.

This flipper incorporates 8 forks securely welded onto a robust steel tube. Each fork is equipped with 3 pneumatic pistons to firmly grip the workpieces during rotation. The flipper is powered by a frequency-controlled gear motor.
